Has anyone any experience of South Bay injectors in their LT5? I ask that as their injectors seem to be around 40% of the cost of FIC - when shipping internationally, this price difference can have a massive effect! The idea is to make certain that injectors all have similar resistance, ie within a certain +/-. The way to truly establish if there is a defective injector is to warm up motor to operating temps, then check after a 30min heat soak. Resistance will be higher then, but ur checking for consistency across the 16 injectors.
Finally, for tuning purposes, you would really need to get the Injector Voltage Offset from SouthBay and incorporate that into the calibration if it varies from the stock values, which is likely.
