After our visit to the Hill Aerospace Museum, we drove east over the mountains to Huntsville, UT to have lunch at the Shooting Star Saloon:
The Shooting Star Saloon was founded in 1897 and is
the oldest licensed saloon west of the Mississippi River. They are known for their burgers. We ordered the Star Burger: two cheese burger patties, lettuce, and tomato with a mild sausage served on a bun with chips. The burger was very good!
In the picture, there is a cozy on Lyndi's beer glass from Terry's Tag and Title Company, a woman-owned business in our County that is owned by a friend of Lyndi's. We estimate that the cozy has travelled over 120,000 miles with us on ZR-1 Road Trips.
