So you have a DMF now? If still in good shape, and lash is still within spec, you could simply reuse or resurface the flywheel and install a new clutch disc. With 85,000 though and original clutch, you?re probably close to end of life on the flywheel.

My 90 came with a single mass flywheel, and it was very noisy even with heavier weight trans fluid. It?s now very quiet with a DMF installed. I would search long and hard before reinstalling a single mass...but some cars I hear it isn?t that noticeable with.
