Nobody knows.
We know the paint codes and numbers produced: (
http://www.zr1netregistry.com/ZR1_Production_color.htm), but not the interior/exterior combo numbers
Those numbers are simply not available from GM for the model years 1990, '91, '92 & '93.
You either love the red/red color combo or hate it. There doesn't seem to be a middle ground on this topic.
