A see through top is a poor choice here in the Florida heat with the C4 ZR-1's feeble air conditioning. Too flexible also. JMHO.

I'm with you Bob. Both my ZR-1s had extra tops that I never used. They just sat in the basement. The '95 actually came with a transparent top that was an aftermarket replacement made of Lexan. It was crazed so I got a stock type from Melrose Tops. But it also sat and went with the car when I sold it. I think I put it on once just to see what it was like and concluded I didn't like it. So I stuck with the solid color tops. When I ordered my 2016 Z06 coupe I did not select the dual top option, got just the standard equipment body colored top. Rarely even take that off. Lesson learned. --Bob
