When you come to the states next, suggest you see an atty that specializes in setting up US Corporations with foreign stock ownership. Finding out from someone who really knows would potentially save you lots of problems. Did you mean SSN instead of SNN? Corporations do not use SSN but an EIN or FIN (same thing). The atty can advise you on all of these matters.
