What do you mean by "seized up?"
A head gasket leak can allow coolant
to enter the cylinders preventing the
pistons from moving. Remove the
coolant (& replace the head gaskets,
broken rings, bent valves, etc.)
and the LT5 is no longer "seized up."
How do I know? :-)
