Finally made a decision...
Do I really need "race car" brakes and the potential headaches with MCs and proportioning valves etc.?
I guess not... Not to mention saving over $1200...

So.... I'm going with just
"pretty" (probably what I wanted all along)? OK, go ahead... harass me...
Rebuilt calipers in red powder coat front and rear from Keen Parts. Ordered the parts today, should have them in a couple days.
With the existing braided stainless lines, Baer Eradispeed rotors F & R and Hawk HPS pads, I'm arguably as far as you can go performance wise with "stock" type brakes. And now, they'll be
"pretty" too!

Gonna have to withdraw my LeMans entry form, hope I get the entrance fee back...
