Only the 1990 has the black beltline (unless the '91-95 is a black car...).
I don't believe there's any durability concern with the 2-bolt motors. It's not like a conventional SBC, the bolts hold on this fairly big ladder frame thing that supports the bearings. I believe it's a lot more stout than "2-bolt" suggests.
On the power, FWIW, my 1990 has headers, top end porting, and a custom exhaust. It made 385whp on the dyno. I would reasonably say that this is over 400FWHP. If I were to guess I'd say closer to 450, and fairly definitely over 425.
