What's the reason for asking? For racing? If yes, I'd think things like compound and construction would probably be more important.
The lowest unsprung weight is best, for sure, but by the time you consider the wheel, brake parts, hubs, and half the axle, shock and suspension arms, the tire weight isn't likely noticeable.
But, I suppose it does takes more power to spin up a heaver tire ...
