Yup, I have had some words with them. I do a lot of business with this dealer, mostly in parts. I have a 427 ZL1 motor on order and told them I can cancel or buy it, how they treat this situation is up to them but I need the part by next week.

More good news, the car passed smog this morning, no issues at all.
