For Sure! Depends on what you want! We don't need no stinkin' pushrods!

Though there are instances of actual need. I shipped a crate LT5 to a customer in Japan. Their import restrictions for automotive are severe. We had to document that the engine was an exact replacement for the year & model of the car it would be used in. Had the ZR-1 been a 375 hp version, it would not have been allowed.
