All ECMs 90-95 are interchangeable per Haibeck. It’s the Memcal chip that is unique to the year of the car. Those can easily be swapped. As someone already said, send it to Haibeck and let him diagnose and possibly fix it. It may well turn out the ECM is not the issue.
