Good to see you made it over here. I checked the resgistry listings and 1991 #1958 is not listed. Which probably means someone bought it back in the day, kept it stashed away, didn’t drive it much and wasn’t particularly into it. Have you done a Carfax to see how many owners it had? Sounds like it may be one that hasn’t surfaced in the ZR-1 community yet.
