Same here until I laid down some insulation. The engine used to be covered in sweat (condensation), and I figured that can't be good!

Mid America Motorworks and others sell fancy floor mats which prevents that. Or, do like I did and pick up a carpet remnant and lay it on the floor. No more sweating!
