Jeff, I have attached screenshots as requested. During the process, I noticed that device manager has my USB port as com 4. In TunerPro it was set to com 3. However, the TunerPro states that the cable is found regardless of the port setting 3 or 4, and the port used to physically insert the cable. The photos below show where I have set the sortware to com 4.

Car currently getting tires balanced will try connecting again trying all 4 USB ports to see which one is actually com 4
