From reading various threads about windshield replacement it appears that many members have had good luck with Safelight. Has anyone used any of the Safelight shops in the Kansas City area? I stopped by one of the shops yesterday to talk about replacing the original delaminated windshield with a standard C4 windshield. Got a quote of $352 which seemed reasonable enough, but I didn't get a real warm feeling the guy knew much at all about the C4. When I asked if they had experience with C4 windshield replacements he replied "Hmmmm, yeah I think so." I need a better response than that before I turn my car over to them.
