DEFINITELY repainted. Probably by MAACO judging from all the overspray.
My real question would be this: If you are looking to get top dollar for a "collectable car" wouldn't you take it to a detailer first? I may be a little cleaning anal - but damn my interior looks 20 times better then that at IT'S WORST...
