The higher ZDDP and Phosphorous level in engine oil wont affect your emissions results directly, but can contaminate your catalytic converter and keep if from catalyzing emissions correctly. As your catalytic converters function degrades, you will eventually fail any emissions test which analyzes the gasses coming out of the tailpipe.
