Yeah, unfortunately that's one of the disadvantages of tuning via postal mail. That's why I suggested going to the dyno as a first step to see how close your chip was to ideal AFR. You might have found out it was fine, or at least would have learned which direction you needed to go, and at what RPMs.
But, having said that, there's probably no one better than Marc to get it right.
