I am unaware of any "high rpm" electric motors for the fans. Actually, when the engine computer commands the fans to high, they flow a hell of a lot of air---provided both are working properly.

I agree with the second post in this thread....if your ZR-1 is running what you feel are high coolant temperatures, then you need to address the issues raised in that post.
