You'll use C6 brake lines front and rear. Have not found any need to address master cylinder.
There are a couple of alternatives for the rear:

1. Keep stock calipers. These work fine. I did that for over a year and did not have any problem w brakes. Visually, the stock rear calipers and rotor are puny when inside a 19" wheel.

2. Use rear Z06 calipers and rotor w adapter, but lose eBrake or use line-loc.

3. Use Z06 calipers and rotors w Street Shop adapter incorporating C6 eBrake. A bit more involved since it also requires building new eBrake cables to each side. If you search you'll find a thread I recently posted from this past winter on the project.

Again, I think Z06 wheels are great on my car, so I wanted to complete the overall look both mechanically and aesthetically. To me the larger wheels etc. give the car a more hunkered down look. As if it's been dropped although it has not.
The rotors and calipers will add unsprung weight to the car. The stopping power has you never being concerned about how quickly you can come down from speed. You don't need much pedal pressure to slow down.
Finally, forget about using spare. So I unloaded the tire carrier from the rear. Frankly, I didn't have much faith in spare maintaining air anyway. Bought a Continental tire kit in case of puncture.
Do you think it will fit under 18 inch Shelby wheels?
