If you have a wet dry vac try to suck out as much of the water as you can. Than change the port to exhaust and blow out the area's under the plenum where you can get the nozzle in the openings.

If you have access to a blow gun and a compressor blow out as much water as you can.

Additionally take some small caps and fill them half way up with salt and strategically place them in the engine compartment to absorb the moisture.
