Default Porting 93-95 Injector Housing

We all know the 93-95 injector housings are not as robust as the 90-92 when it comes to porting. But one area in particular you should watch out for are the primary runners next to the coolant outlets.

While you can feel the thickness of the runner easily, as the runner reaches the base of the injector housing it kicks in...lending itself to porting through or even worse porting thin and finding out the hard way.

Attached is a pic of the area....the weak spot is about as wide as a paperclip, but I would advise once getting toward the base you cease removing material and smooth out the port. Most likely you can get to 34mm although its not the 36 you can get to in the other runnners.... not worth the headache of going through

The area of the weak point is circled below
