The fuse is in a little single fuse holder located under the coolant surge tank. That's the black coolant tank. Remove the two fasteners and lift the tank by flexing the hoses. The fuse holder is attached to a stud on the firewall.

Be careful not to dislodge the grommet when reinstalling the tank. If it falls into the wheelhouse it may disappear.
