Definitely bleed the clutch hydraulics. That may be all you need, but if you have to, keep it topped up until you can replace the slave cylinder. Between this item and injectors, i'd say par for the course with C4's, especially the ZR-1.

they all leak a little, but my 95 did leak less. carry a towel and examine the weather stripping around the windows and targa top.
