I can tell you that between the two mods there is a noticable power difference. My 1/4 mile trap speed is over two MPH higher, this indicates more power and I have bigger traction problems now  . This doesn't tell you much but it is all I can offer since I did both mods at the same time. Consider the Flowmaster #17115 if you don't have an exhaust. How is the resonance with that system? ive heard one with LTs, it was super loud following it (but sounded mean as hell).
