Seems like a 17x9.5 front w/7.25" backspace would work on the front of a ZR-1 with a 275/40/17 front tire. The track would increase approximately .150 per side,though.

Precisely why I suggested the OP ask if they could offer up some "offset" specifications for their wheels. Nowhere do they mention the "increments" - they just mention minimum and maximum. Questions need to be asked. If you're going to use back-spacing it would be important to also ask the "total wheel width" since back-spacing is not directly related to "advertised or spec width"! There's an "assumed" 1" spec for flanges but it's not always so.
You could also do a "steering wheel" to match:

They seem to do two in a 14" diameter w/horn buttons and adapters to match the columns also. If the horn button is a "billet" piece the options are endless!
