The popularity of beer differs according to race, the most popular beer amongst the white population group is either “Windhoek” or Heineken, but in the black group which out numbers us whites by 7 to 1 a local brew “Lion Lager” seems to be their favourite, so needless to say by volume the Lion Lager sells the most. This may have something to do with price as the local beer is cheaper.
