Does this exact starter work on other cars too? The reason i ask is several years ago when i was looking for a starter, a starter/alternator rebuild shop had an exact replacement. This was in Ruralville Backwoods No-name, Mississippi. I told the man on the phone what i had and he said he had a starter to fit. I replied "are you sure"? He said, "yeah, if you want it, come get it". I gave $125 exchange and figured it wouldn`t last very long. Had a hot date the next weekend and thats as far as i could see at the time. I really couldn`t complain if it went bad tomorrow.
