Regarding the INFL REST light, I just fixed that on my car, it a corrosion issue where the airbag sensors are mounted on the fraime. A code 16 is the drivers side sensor and it's mounted on the frame behind the battery. The code 26 is the passenger side senser and it's mounted on the frame behind the windshield wash bottle. Both senser need to be remove and clean the frame where they mount. My sensor had rust under both, I scrubbed with a wire brush, and remounted using di-electric grease. Then you have to clear the code in the computer. There is a thread on that, it's fairly involved. I used my tech 1A to clear it.
