Secondaries.
Some members have had some major engine issuses when the secondaries fall apart and you injest parts. This don't sound good to me.
Rumor has it, if you remove them, you'll loose a couple mpg.

Properly tuned in closed loop, (read: oxygen sensors engaged), mpg could actually improve.

That said, benefits far outweigh keepin' 'em, IMO!
