Well, I'm 100% sure it is my water pump. It's still strange, it wouldn't leak with the pressure tester. It only leaks when there is no vacuum or pressure in the coolant system. It had sat 4 days without leaking a drop since it never lost pressure/vacuum.

I was able to trace it and it's leaking from the pully.
