I don't think your issue is with the ECM, the LPTWS systrem has its own conrol module which you can reset.

I believe you can clear the LPTWS codes by grounding pins on the ADLC (under dash in front of driver) terminal 6 to 5, three times in ten seconds (with ignition ON, car not running).

The control module should confirm that its memory has been cleared by lighting both the "L0W/FLAT TIRE" and "SERVICE LTPWS" lamps at the same time.
