I based my logic on the fact that the FIC rebuilds have had the odd leaker, also I can't remember any one posting about getting bad new injectors right out of the box.....it's more a decision of what circumstances I have to deal with if I want to do real work on my car.

Tom, allow me to be the first that posted about bad ""new injectors out of the box. I installed the rebuilt ones from FIC and they were bad right away. We also had problems with a rebuilt set in Jims 93. I will give credit to FIC for their outstanding customer service because they overnighted me 2 sets of the new stainless ones. Once we installed the two new sets, we were back on track, but that was 4 injector jobs in 2 days. The extra money for the new SS ones are worth it....
