thanks for the advice everyone. going to get new cats, get em hot, run some seafoam through the car, fresh oil (plugs are pretty new) and maybe a fresh air filter and get a baseline.

if it won't pass, I'll need to retune but I'm sure the fresh cats are better than the worn random SS that are probably shot as far as emissions go.

I'll keep you all posted and thanks again for the help!
