Then, along the bottom of the door(facing the ground), there are 2 bolts that hold the bottom of the window regulator. Loosen the bolt and move out or in as needed. As you move the bottom of the regulator you will notice the top of the window tip in and out.

Actually, now that I think about it, I believe regulator attachment at bottom is fixed and top is adjustible. Need to loosen the top and move in and out to adjust window top tip in and out.
Sorry for the confusion.
I tried an aftermarket B pillar weatherstrip and could not adjust to achieve seal and avaid the window from binding. Ended up replacing with factory piece. They can still be found.
