This detective work also included having a Forum Moderator check if my specific IP address was blocked which he said it wasn't

It appears that it all has to do with a specific IP address which appears has everything to do with this Web Site. I say Appears because all of a sudden my CLEARWIRE ISP with that non workable IP address (for this Forum ONLY) starting working again after three of four days
