Also use the NTK 21003 O2 sensors with good results.
Their pigtails are longer which works better with headers.

Could be the primary throttle plate hanging up. It's actuated by a cam on the secondary throttle shaft and spring return to close

My heads have those grinding marks too. They are from the finishing work done at the factory to remove casting flashing during production. From what I can see nothing to worry about.

The camshaft retainers that are installed under the cam covers are meant to hold the cams in place to facilitate the installation of the camshaft cover. They are a very loose fit...

Not an easy fix.
Engine will have too be raised significantly or removed completely to remove the crank dampener and old seal. Front seals seldom leak. Recommend double checking to confirm leak...
