Any guys running German Castrol 0w30. That was extremely popular in the F-body in which 10-30 or 5-30 is recommended (I can never remeber)

I heard that LT5 heads gaskets arevery picky about coolant ran in the motor, does water wetter or runnin only distilled water have ill effect on them

Also dont forget the efficiency of turbochargers versus supercharger. Mos turbochargers can see up to 80% efficiency while superchargers have always been lower with the roots blower the lowest...
