Yes to the high idle and it is also hard to get started. The vacuum pump works like it is supposed to, but it is quite loud. Any thoughts there or where I could get a replacement.

Can anyone tell me what a 33 code is? I don't have my service manuals yet, on backorder. The book that came with the tester says it is either a MAF high freq or voltage or a MAP high freq or voltage....
