I believe Dielectric grease should not be put on metal contacts in most cases
especially if there is little chance of water exposure .. Its actually one of those Myths people keep perpetuating ..

I have removed the fuel pump fuses many times without a problem,
sometimes after a month or more of storage , I pull them to crank the engine to build oil pressure .. before starting

on the 1993 ZR1 the lug nut wrench is behind the drivers seat. The spare tire, Jack, and spare tire bag is in the rear spare tire tray with the spare tire .. the lug nut wrench fits the nut/bolt...
