Crankcase Vent cover

My cover have initials + date.
I guess this is from the engine assembly.
Is there anyone else who has noticed this on the cover?

Hello
I own a 1990 ZR1 purchased new in germany .
I wonder if the insulation in the hood is originally on export model or the previous owner may have mounted this.
Does anyone know this ?...
