So I was getting slight movement on the battery gauge, I left and came back the next day. The car started right up. Could a starter fail intermittently?

1991 bone stock (except exhaust), recently swapped the injectors, happens every so often (all 3xs at my inlaws so it feels way worse than it was), the starter does not move at all, same chipped...
