Hi Max, yes you can remove te Batwing, hold the differential case at level with a jack stand/ or wood.
Maybe a good opertunity and clean the diff and make a drain plug in the unit.

Hi Max, personally I would suggest if you need to do maintenance on the differential it’s easier and not much extra effort to put it on the workbench for service.
If it’s only seal replacement...

The custom fittings which I ordered from a local supplier, did not have enough clearance with the powersteering pulley, a couple of millimeters lack of clearance with the AN...

Hi Frank,
With the 13” Eradispeed rotors with original brake calliper/ with parking brake following the template from the Baer website they fit with about .50” clearance.

I decided after checking with templates from the website from Baer, to buy the Eradispeed rotors in 13” front Mfr#2301012 and 13” rear Mfr # 2302041.

The fittings are on order, it’s a special order 9 weeks delivery time.
When I have them, I give an update and make a list with the parts needed if somebody else want to make them by them self....

At the moment I still have the original power steering lines, but I like to make new ones with braided powersteering hose.
Have already at home, Russel powerflex hose 6AN and various Russel hose...

Like Phil is mentioning look at the tensioners, those guides can become brittle because of aging....

The depth from the face of the crankshaft to bottom of plug, measured on two different 90 cranks 40.5mm and 40.9mm.

When there is no compression build up at all on a cillinder, it means the area above the piston is not building up any pressure in the compression stroke.
Reasons can be bad pistons rings, valves...

Searching for leakages, personally I start with (proper) cleaning the engine. Searching for leakages is much easier then, it helps when you use a mirror and a torch, an videoscope can be handy too....
