The p/s fluid cooler will need to be unbolted and just let it hang. The rack and pinion will need to be unbolted and lifted up as much as it can to access the harmonic bolt and install a puller. ...

Yes. I did it on my customer's car. Although it was on a 2 post lift which helped a lot. I can't imagine doing it in a garage on your back.

My customer's car is doing the exact same thing as well. Marc also did the chip for the secondary elimination. I'm going to check it this weekend and try to find out exactly why it's doing it.

That is so true. I am actually about to start working on my customers 1990 and I also informed him a slight misfire at idle. Did a current ramp test on primary and there is at least 1 injector bad....

I don't know if any is bad. I should of done current ramp test before I removed them but I wasn't planning to replace them until I am doing all the work. I can check resistance since they are off...
