I have had one for years, works good. Little hard to navigate, need to use the reference manual a lot. If you can find a black plastic later cartage it will have the latest years in it.

Use an old inner speedo cable on a drill to clean out the tube. Every oil change blow compress air up the tube from under the car to keep it cleared out.

Make sure the drain tube at the center of your photo is not plugged up. I use compressed air to keep it clean. If it is plugged water can back up and possibly get pass the gas cap and into the tank.

1990 stock, passed Calif. smog last Monday no problem. 64k miles. Fresh spark plugs, o2 sensors, no vacuum leaks, manual control of fans to keep temp at 180.

Jeff, as I mention earlier, the red cartridges were used up to 2001 I believe, after that they used the black reprogrammable/updatable cartridges. The black cartridges are the expensive [$250] each...
