no it actually slips a gear position when you pull down hard. it is fine under normal situations.

okay oh great gurus; my 90 has experienced a no crank when hot twice in the last week. drive 8 to 10 miles, turn off car for 15 to 30 minutes and then no crank. wait 30+ minutes and starts first...

yeah I have a 4372 point car that I am trying to keep as original as possible. I need to look at the deduction for a noncorrect dated window and see if it really matters that much.

I am out of town for a week and can't check the date but I believe it was the end of 1989; vin 1936.
