Its basicly a input shaft collar.

Try this.
And do not over gap plugs.
They're some expensive spark plugs that our cars do not like.
Try some cheap AC Delco #41-602 $20 gap at .035.

Just because full power is always active and secondaries removed does not mean they are working.
Just because you dont have CEL does not mean you have no codes.
Check codes n get back.

Yes, its drilled thru.
What you can do is take off balancer bolt clean it put some sealent or Loctite 620 on the threads and reinstall.

Here's a thought.
37mm (36mm drop thru) on a stock 350ci picks up close to 50hp this tells me stock LT5 is over camed and under intake.
So the question is if a 350 picks up that much HP with 37mm...

There are a few 350 ZR-1's running around with ported top ends to 37mm some with stock cams some with performance cams
That make good HP/TQ #'s they might come on here and reply on the driveabilty....

Drop a 35mm gauge ball straight thru the port they call this 36mm dropping a 36mm gauge ball straight thru they call this 37mm.
I also have a 36.5mm gauge ball.
