Clutch Master Cylinder
 

I have been looking for a DOM clutch master cylinder to replace my original on my 90 ZR-1 and have had no luck. I went to Rock Auto and the "Perfection" brand looked like it might work based on the picture on the site. When I received it, it was cast, just like the one on the car now. As a matter of fact, all of the clutch master cylinders I've been able to locate have had a cast body. :confused:

I have the original master cylinder. Can this be rebuilt and, if so, what would be the best way to do it?
